2023 Schedule & Location

LIVE Auction Our live auction is back! Please join us at 6pm on Sunday, Oct. 8th under the Main Stage tent for our live auction. We will have our high end items available here. Get ready for a rip roaring good time as you enjoy some German food and beverages while out bidding your friends and family on your favorite items! Auctioneering and entertainment provided by the Harman Family Bluegrass Band.

Silent Auction   Our silent auction will be held online again this year through GiveSmart. You will be able to view all our items, make and update your bids, and pay via the following website:

Items will also be available for viewing in Suddes Hall on Saturday and Sunday, but ALL BIDDING IS ONLINE.

The auction website will go live at 6pm on Friday Oct. 6th and will close at 4pm on Sunday, Oct. 8th, giving you plenty of time to bid up your favorite items!

You will be able to pick up all your winning items after the conclusion of the live auction, from approximately 7-8pm, in Suddes Hall.

Donate an Item!

We are still looking for items to be donated such as trips, sports tickets, gift cards, wine and beer, children’s items, electronics, BBQ grill and accessories, family fun night packages, or any other items that can help ensure our Oktoberfest is a huge success.  Donations may be dropped off at the parish office up through Wednesday, Oct. 4th. Please include a note with your name and information and specify “auction” donation. If you should have any questions, please contact Lauren Scyoc at Oktoberfest1623@gmail.com.

If you would like to donate an auction item but are stumped for ideas, we have a solution! You can purchase gift cards, or provide a monetary donation, and we can put them towards purchasing items. Your contributions will go a long way to help make this Oktoberfest a success, no donation is too small! We look forward to your help and support!
